1. Installation
Move or Copy the filter plug-in to your Photoshop filters folder, (re)start Photoshop, then the filter should be available under:

filter --> Digital Imaging Tools --> Chromex I...

2. Color Patches
The color patches indicate the "source" and "destination" color respectively. The currently active colorpatch is indicated by a thicker frame. The color sliders affect the currently active colorpatch!

You can select a "source" color by clicking the source colorpatch. It becomes active (indicated by a thicker frame) and the color sliders will reflect the color. You can now select the color you want to change, by clicking the preview and adjusting the color sliders.

note: for optimal results it is best to change the source color saturation to its maximum value.

You can select a "destination" color by clicking the destination colorpatch. It becomes active (indicated by a thicker frame) and the color sliders will reflect the color. You can now select the color you want the source color to be changed to, by clicking the preview and adjusting the color sliders.

Alternatively you can click the source or destination colorpatch while holding down the alt-key. This will bring up the photoshop colorpicker.

3. Color controls
Use the color controls to adjust the "source" and "destination" colors. The color controls are hue, saturation and brightness sliders. Which colorpatch is controlled depends on the active colorpatch. The active colorpatch is indicated by the thicker frame. To activate a colorpatch simply click the colorpatch once.

Alternatively you can click the source or destination colorpatch while holding down the alt-key. This will bring up the photoshop colorpicker.

4. Range
The range parameter determines the number of hues which will be considered for correction. The larger this value, the more of the surrounding hues will be corrected also.
